Hi Irish! This March, we have officially brought back our Irish Family Car Raffle. Sponsored by our Irish Alumni own VanDevere Automotive Family, STVM students, Alumni, and family have the chance to win a Kia K4. Not only that, but students also have the opportunity to win prizes throughout the month for how many tickets they sell.
I know what you’re thinking: how am I going to sell raffle tickets? On March 17th, each student will receive a unique link that can be shared via text, social media, or email with their family, friends, neighbors, etc. When each ticket is bought, students will be allowed to choose where the profits of their raffle tickets will go. Say you want to sponsor the Leprechaun Theater Guild, you can select that program to sponsor with your raffle profits.
If that doesn’t convince you enough to participate, there are also prizes that you can achieve based on how many raffles you sell. Selling 20 tickets will grant you a pass to wear an STVM hoodie for the rest of the raffle. Selling 40 tickets, you will receive a $25 bookstore gift certificate, and selling 75 tickets, you will get a $50 Chipotle gift card. Finally, if you are the top seller in the school they can either win $300 cash or 25 seconds in the cash-cube, loaded with $500 cash! The top Sellers from each of the other 3 classes are granted their own 15 seconds in the cash cube.
